If you can't find what you're looking for, it always helps to just enquire with the people working there, and for some stores, it is possible to get them to reserve a copy for you. And if all else fails, you can try placing your orders with us direct, as we do cheques orders for local addresses. |

Q7. I just recently purchased a manga, only to find I got damaged goods! What do I do? A: Fret not! There are two ways to go about getting your book exchanged. Exchange it directly with the shop you had bought the manga from. Most stores have a 7 day exchange policy, and you will most likely be required to show some proof of purchase (like a receipt), so always keep your receipts handy until you have thoroughly inspected your wares. This is the fastest and most recommended method of exchange. Exchanging via CY: Should the above method fail for any reason there is an alternative you can try to get your damaged copy exchanged with us.

As it currently stands, we do not hold any licenses for anime. So we won't be able to confirm if it will come to Singapore or where/if it will be sold in local stores. |
