ABOUT THE STORY
Meet Keitaro Urashima, resident loser and a total geek when it comes to girls. Having failed the entrance exams for Tokyo University twice, it seems as if nothing short of a miracle can save his ailing grades. That is until he is unexpectedly appointed manager of a women's dorm. Pitched headlong into the lives of the teenage tenants, he soon finds him in countless of hilarious as well as painful situations.

But life throws him unexpected help as well. With the aid of Naru, one of the tenants, Keitaro finally seems to be on his way to fulfilling his childhood promise, to qualify for Tokyo University and reunite with his first love, a mysterious girl he played with as a kid. But as time goes on, suspicion begins to nag Keitaro. Could Naru be the girl he was promised to?
